The Digital Operations Coordinator will leverage online assets such as search, social media, email, and programmatic display management. This role will implement, track, and optimize the digital marketing efforts used across all lines of business.

You'll be handling day-to-day account execution responsibilities on multiple accounts and/or projects, including, but not limited to, the roles and skills found below.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team to create comprehensive strategies to improve rank, conversion, and overall traffic for internal products and eternal clients
  • Work with account managers and clients to develop appropriate digital advertising and content strategies
  • Create and manage social media campaigns
  • Measurement and performance reporting
  • Research and analysis of competitor sites
  • Assist account manager in meeting with clients monthly to discuss strategy and review progress

Competencies:

  • Experience in a variety of strategies including inbound marketing, SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing - agency experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles
  • Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results
  • Experience with direct-to-customer marketing
  • Proficient in website and social media analytical tools
  • Knowledge of A/B testing
  • Must be innovative
